Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lepeto. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders to United States are free.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lepeto is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delivery Time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Public Holidays
Please note our store is closed on public holidays in China. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, processing time will be extended by 3-7 working days.
Special Notice: Slower delivery may be expected during these periods due to the closure of the distribution center and high demand.

Delivery Area
We currently ship to more than 25 countries. You can find out if your country is eligible from a drop-down menu listing all eligible countries before you begin the process of checking out. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email however, please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order.

Damaged or Defective
If you have received products that you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to contact our online shop customer service team and let the representative know the details of your package.
Our online shop customer service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.
